PL Building Design is based in the inner northern Melbourne metropolitan area. We have 20 plus years in the industry and can draw on extensive experience in building design and project management from both commercial and residential sectors.
PL Building Design provides all your design and drafting services, we offer an initial free consultation to discuss your ideas and develop a design brief. Following the consultation, a fee proposal will be provided and on acceptance PL Building Design will proceed
PL Building Design has a close relationship with several external consultants and can organize and co-ordinate all additional items that maybe required depending on your project for example Soil Testing, Structural/Civil Engineers, Building Surveyors/Permits, Land Surveyors, Town Planners & Landscape Architects etc. This enables us to provide a complete and comprehensive building design and documentation service.
